London Moleskine Line drawing Entertainment Map
I’ve created a series of hand-drawn map sketches inside my trusty Moleskine sketchbook, drawing inspiration from my excursions in London. These London Moleskine Line drawings encompass a wide array of art and design exhibitions, dining and drinking establishments, shopping spots, iconic landmarks, and various points of interest throughout the city.
With a collection of architecturally inspired illustrations, I meticulously craft each map, infusing them with relevant information. To achieve this, I rely on a set of fine line Rotring pens, with the finest nib being a .18, allowing me to create intricate details and delicate linework.
The map illustrations feature a straightforward yet effective key design, employing bold arrows that serve as guides. These arrows indicate the starting point of your journey on the map and provide clear directions to the next captivating location, ensuring a seamless exploration.
Each day-out map guide is accompanied by a succinct written description, presented in a stylized hand-drawn typeface that adds a unique touch to the names and locations of the featured places of interest. These guides are designed to spark ideas and assist in planning a day of exploration, encompassing London’s renowned arts, entertainment, cultural spots, and other fascinating attractions. Moreover, they include recommendations for quality dining and drinking establishments, all bundled within a personalized, hand-drawn map.
