Moleskine Sketchbook Vienna
Moleskine Sketchbook inky Map Drawing of Vienna. Full of historical culture and charm, Vienna is a buzzing city and a delight to all of the senses. This charismatic city is bursting with culture from well-renowned museums and galleries, with a substantial collection of Egon Schiele, stunning architecture and natural beauty. While on my weekend break I visited, Vienna Hofburg, Cafe Prückel, St Stephens Dom and Vienna Opera House. These well know locations have been drawn in my Moleskine Sketchbook map project.
Vienna Hofburg: is the former imperial palace which you can find in the centre of Vienna. The palace was Built in the 13th century and expanded over the next few centuries, the palace has been the seat of power of the Habsburg dynasty, and today it is the official residence and workplace of the President of Austria
Cafe Prückel: Classic Viennese cafe with beautiful interiors, Prückel features an intact 1950s design. Its a busy and popular place, strong coffee, tasty cakes, and Prückel’s speciality –apple strudel crispy and flaky served with cream
St Stephens Dom: St. Stephen’s Cathedral is the focus of the city centre and has been the heart of Vienna for centuries. It is one of the most famous Viennese sights
Vienna Opera House: Is a world-renowned opera house. The opera house has a sumptuous exterior and interior, it was rebuilt having been destroyed during World War 2
