Seasonal Xmas Card Design
Christmas is a time for celebration and giving. Its one of the times of the year I enjoy, mostly to take a break, and have a fun and festive time with family and friends. One of the ways I like to pass on the Christmas cheer is to create a personalized Xmas card for clients as well as friends and family.
Here is a Xmas card I created this year, I decided to illustrate a simple Xmas card with recognizable Xmas motifs. My work is heavily influenced by nature and it was a simple decision to illustrate a reindeer and a robin which are associated with Xmas and the winter season.
I intended both the robin and the reindeer to both stand out from the rest of the Xmas card illustrations. The white colour Robin and Reindeer pop out in contrast to the flat purple background colour. The rest of the decorative illustration is made up of silhouette leaf, winterberry and holy, interwoven with Xmas festive bells, ribbons, and stars to create a Christmas card. I am happy to send this Xmas illustration card to clients and friends to thank them for their support during the year, look out for them in the post.
