Moleskine Ink Pen Drawing

Here are 2 new sketches I created while sitting in a coffee shop sipping on my cappuccino. These sketches were quick studies, I have been working on a 3D quilling style which involves drawing curved lines with Adobe Illustrator, using my Wacom tablet. Once the 2D sketch is completed, it’s then converted into 3D using a 3D soft programme, such as Cinema 4D or 3dsMax, which are both powerful 3D creative programmes. The camera inspired sketch was drawn up from past memory, while I was travelling through America a few years back, I saw a Man in Chicago City taking pictures of himself, being a solo traveller he had not one to take pictures of him. To solve the problem he was talking selfie of himself, using the camera timer and tripod. A vivid memory which I still have till this day, as it was so unusual.
