London craft beer Drawings

London craft beer has been seeing a big surge in popularity, especially around the pubs from London. It’s a brilliant revival for the beer industry, as the demand is strong from people who want to drink a more interesting sort of beer in contrast from the more traditional mainstream beer brands which already flood the market.

I started to draw London craft beer Drawings brands of craft beer, some of which I have tried and tested, and the other brands which I drew of the brands came from research, such as asking friends what kinds of craft beers they enjoyed and recommended.

I researched the different brands and began to draw them for the London Craft Beer personal illustration drawing. As a personal interest, I thought it would make a good piece of work to add to the blog and portfolio, with a view to experimenting meant with as a Screen printed piece of work.

The selection of beers was down to, The Kernel Export, Five Points Hook, Redemption Hopspur, Howling Hops, Sambrook’s Brewery, Wild Card, Redchurch Brewery, Brixton Brewery, Brodie’s Dalston Black, Hackney Brewery, Crate Brewery, East London Brewery, Brew by Numbers, §, that were drawn and arranged into a grid, to show the different types of beers which can be food in pubs around London as well as other pubs up and down the UK.
