Duncan Baird Publishers approached me to create a book cover illustration for a new publication based on Alice in Wonderland, In huge respect to John Tenniel’ original Alice in Wonderland illustrations, the brief was to take a different approach to the iconic illustrations. I was commissioned to create a Silhouette illustrative style, which incorporated core iconic characters of the Alice in Wonderland story. unfortunately, the cover did not go ahead, but I’m hugely honored to have been asked to recreate John Tenniel’s work in my own interpretation.
